At Bling My Leather, I believe a quality belt is not just a fasion accessory, but an investment made to last. All my belts are made using quality materials from the leather to the hardware.
All my belts are hand cut from premium full grain Italian belt leather sides. This ensures you receive a quality and robust hard-wearing belt that will last for years to come. I fix the buckles and keepers with either solid brass or stainless steel Chicago screws, allowing you to swap out your buckle should you wish.
All my belts have the edges bevelled (rounded so there are no sharp edges), hand sanded and burnished before they leave the workshop to provide a quality finished piece that would look great on any outfit.
We know the importance of a great fit and belts can be customised based on your size. Options include plain or stitched in your choice of colours.

Hardware:
Buckles/keepers – All my buckles used are either solid brass or stainless steel
Chicago Screws – Chicago screws are used to secure your hardware. These provide a great option if you would like to change out your buckle to a different style later on.
Belt Construction and Width:
Belt is made from premium Italian belt leather at 32mm wide (1.25″). Options include stitching or plain.
Sizing:
There are several ways to ensure your belt will be a great fit. The measurement you provide will be located at the middle hole and allows adjustment if it is needed. I also add a 2″ space from the tip of the belt to the first hole, allowing it to still sit in the keeper.
Option 1 – Measure from an existing belt
Take a belt that fits you comfortably. Identify the belt hole that best fits you – this is normally the hole that looks the most worn. I will make a new belt that fits in the centre hole. This gives you 2 inches of adjustment on both sides of this hole.
Option 2 – Measuring a pair of pants or jeans that you most often wear with the belt
Thread a measuring tape through the loop of your pants. Make sure you are breathing comfortably. Pinch where the measuring tape end comfortably meets the other end in front.
Please note – Your pants size and belt size are different. Generally speaking, belt makes add 2″ to a trouser side. For example if your normal pants size is a 36″ waist, normally a 38″ belt will be a safe bet. However this is not the best way to measure for a belt. The best method is to measure a belt you are currently using. Buckle style, size and shape can also affect the length of your new belt.
It is very important that a correct measurement is provided. Belts are custom made specifically for you and cannot be resold if the measurement you provided is incorrect.
